This is a "manggis" or mangosteens. They are awesome. You only eat the white flesh inside. It is soft, delicate, and juicy. It has an amazing taste. I read that the Queen of England once offered a prize to anyone who could bring a ripe mangosteen. This is the best fruit I've found here.
